This is a dangerous area to cross the road, something needs to be done to slow cars down and make it safer to cross
I agree. The B8046, when it enters the village at the petrol station or at the bottom near Calder House Road, vehicles are moving at speed. Traffic calming this road would be a big step forward for the village from a safety perspective.
the village roads are not suitable for the huge heavy HGVs that come through. Banning HGV's/trucks over a certain weight through the village as part of traffic calming measures would improve the roads for everyone
